Verizon limits "unlimited" wireless data plan, is misleading contract-bound customers

Flag As Inappropriateryan ryan about 1 year ago about Verizon

I just came across a blog post highlighting Verizon’s move to limit its “Unlimited” data plan, for users of EVDO Wireless Data service. I personally don’t think that Verizon is out of line for limiting its high-usage plan to 5GB of data. However, I am deeply concerned that Verizon is falsely advertising this plan. It is not unlimited, therefore customers are being mislead (as they sign long-term contracts), which is certainly not doing the right thing.
