Whole Foods Does Not Use Recycled Toilet Paper

Flag As Inappropriatemehrvarz mehrvarz about 1 year ago about Whole Foods Market

Despite being expensive and always busy. Despite their website’s stated policy. The Whole Foods at 20th and Callowhill stocks their restrooms with virgin paper toilet paper. I first asked at customer service. They said fill out a comment card, so I did. It was never posted or responded to. Then I stopped thinking about it. That was a couple years ago. About two months ago I asked again and was again told to fill out a comment card, I did. About a week later all of the old comments were removed and about 10 new ones were put up, all with responses. Most of the comments say how great things are or are funny because a little kid wrote it. I filled out another and posted it myself on the board, of course without response. By the next day it was not there. I asked at customer service, they said they were still looking into it.

I believe it is the same in Winter Park, FL. I am pretty sure they use kimberly-clark paper products, which is a company known for cutting down virgin forests and not using post consumer waste.
