Ive sent 3-4 meails to Verizon with Phone # etc & shows NO Records. They dont ask for celphone # & I give address & still Nothing about FIOS.
Email page is worthless.
I wonder about Verizon FIOS.
I call theyre #800 Toll line BUT closed on weekends.
All I want 2 know is:
1. Is FIOS here for 91011? 2. When 3. How much to install. Thats IT
& they wont allow Non Verizon consumers into the System IE FIOS.
Verify please. Tell me Im wrong.
Isnt Celphone Service 24/7?? 365 days a year. Why does Verizon think its better??
Never return PO mail or emails.

U get Nothing on FIOS. etc.
Maybe give me my celphone #. & Oh yes theyre Retail stores CANT WONT help with Internet Services.
Yes the Verizon Retail stores DONT PUSH FIOS.

Shouldnt Verizon do these: 24/7 Consumer Service Return Emails. or PO mails Have retail stores help with Online Services? Have a decent website & Contact Page/s.
Love the coverage BUT so far FIOS Consumer Service stinks.

One must have account (other) with Verizon to acess FIOS. One cant acess off the web with other phone etc. Stupid service plan. Real dumb. All other ISPs seek your Service, no matter what. Not Verizon though. Anyone else had similar experience. Best acess to FIOS: Cel Phone Service. or other BUT must be Verizon. Fraud TV ads too (dont even mention FIOS).

Our local Verizon had the worst customer service: 1. Low morale almost apathy 2. NO motivation 3. Dont care to meet needs 4. NOT creative to solve needs. 5. Look bored. 6. NO Service cheer Cingular then now ATT Mobile had some Service sense. Verizon doesnt. The store is in La Crescenta CA
Anyone one experience this @ your Verizon store??? Similar.

FIOS is fiber optics= which means NO longer the distance Youd have split second changes in webpages viewed. vs DSL. Thats FIOS.
