I can see checking out Wal Mart site & maybe ordering stuff BUT to contact a Live Customer Service Reo & decrease customer contact time Maybe Wal Mart should: o Expand Online Services. o Voice Mail Menu. o Order Verification. o Hire more Help. o Use IM more online. Or lose Business.
