I just got my card a week ago and have called their customer service 2x and on both occasions they were great!
I didn’t wait on hold too long They personnel were friendly and eager to help They listened, understood my problem and provided clear answers and solutions
I was impressed!

Why United Milage?? How about other credit card carriers?? NO exceptions. Make CHANGES now or lose Income. I urge: Lower Rates for paying bills/ Reduced Rates for Clean Record. EZ to read Bill. Flexible staffing for changes. New policies. Or lose Income.
