I called in to Comcast to see what the status of my Internet plan was. They told me I should actually be paying less than I was due to a promotion they are running. She quickly adjusted the rate on my account. She then looked at my cable TV package and found a similar situation. All told, she is going to save me about $200 over the next 6 months. This is a level of service I have never seen from Comcast.
