Now that I have lost $1328 it seems that it might be time to give up the eBay gig. Anyways, here is what happened… I had an item up for auction. A user bid and won the auction. A week goes by and the winner still does not respond. I open a non-paying buyer case and wait another 8 days. I close the case and find out that eBay no longer allows bad feedback. I thought to myself, is this a joke??? But, nope. In fact it the user only received a bad strike… For what that’s worth. So, as long they don’t do it again 2 more times in the next month, they have completely gotten away with stealing a $1328 timeshare week.

I emailed eBay and asked for justice, so they refunded $25 dollars to me… The cost of putting the item on eBay, was $75…

So, I would love to know what to do now, other than lick my wounds. I did decide not to publish the users address and phone number here because it would be poor taste, but does anyone know a site that would be appropriate for that?\\Thanks.
