Our 19 year old daughters used Vons.com. When the groceries were delivered, it arrived in dozens of plastic bags! Every two or three items were in a separate plastic bag. Bagged items were put in another plastic bag. It was insane! I understand that the driver can’t stand by and wait while customers unpack their groceries, but why not pack them in reusable cartons? Customers could pay a deposit that would be credited back when picked up with the next delivery.
I’ve sent in a complaint and needless to say we will not be ordering from them again until they develop a better system!
