As an employee of Wal-Mart, and having attended a training session recently on this PSP – they are definitely serious about this project and I am sure it is going to take off within each store and spread to the community spurring other companies/businesses to take part. There is some tweaking to do to work out the bugs but every question we have asked them, they have answered with honesty so far. This is the way of the future and why not be one of the fore runners! It has the capability of becoming a great world wide/community associate driven project. It is the associates who are spearheading this within their own stores with the support of management. As we begin to get our hearts into this project and demand accountability from the company, it is good to hear that they are serious at their end and are moving forward into a future we can leave for our children.
